  Never enough staff and the drive threw speaker never works. On a Saturday and Sunday morning there needs to be more than one person's frantically trying to help the in store customers and the drive threw this just doesn't seem to be working

  I'm not sure how A&W Corp. allows this place to operate. It's an embarrassment to the franchise and easily the worst service I've had with a fast food restaurant everytime I have visited.

  Horrifyingly slow and apathetic service. The employees seem more interested in each other and their conversations than helping customers. It's always at least a 15 minute wait to order, to recieve cold, stale food.
